What are Yoga Shoes

All yoga studios I have ever visited have required me to practice barefoot leaving my shoes outside the studio. This is the traditional way of practicing yoga. Some studios may allow you to practice in sock or shoes, but this is entirely at their discretion

All the major sport shoe manufactures Nike, Adidas, Reebok etc have released a shoe called a yoga shoe. The design of the shoe has been inspired by yoga, and have been designed to be worn during yoga practice.
