daily schedule. The next best bet you have would be to get a
Yoga DVD that would teach you the basics of Yoga, learn the
basics and then you can deepen you knowledge and practice.
There are many DVD's that can teach you the basics of yoga, Many suppliers
have introductory yoga kits that supply you
with a mat, DVD, yoga block and a
yoga strap. The good thing about a DVD is that you can see the movements, and
is also motivation to carry on.
Another option would be a book, there are many yoga books on the market, and it would be best to get a beginner one
again to teach you the basics.
